Form data is sent to our servers, then delivered by email to our team through a third-party sending provider, and kept for as long as it takes to handle your request. This provider may process and host this data outside Quebec. Your contact details are also added to our customer relationship management tool through an automation platform so we can follow up on your request.
  • Virtual assistant: the content of your conversations, to answer you and improve answers.
  • Calls: if you call a number shown on the site, our call tracking service records call metadata (number, duration, originating page and campaign).
  • Browsing: pages viewed, referrer, device, truncated IP address and campaign parameters (utm, gclid), through cookies and browser session storage.
